- Up to 100% financing for qualified borrowers.

USDA Loans
USDA loans are backed by the United States Department of Agriculture. They are great for properties in rural areas. USDA loans:
- Have strict income requirements.

- Property in rural area is required.

Conventional
Conventional loans are great for nearly every borrower. These loans are not backed by the government. Conventional loans:
- Minimum 3% down payment for those who qualify based on debt-to-income (DTI) and credit scores.
- Require a good credit score.
- Generally require lower debt-to-income compared to government-backed loans (FHA, VA, & USDA).
- Require Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) for loans with less than a 20% down payment.
